This Privacy Policy describes how and when LeasingBook ("Application"), created by Spherexx.com, collects, uses and shares your information when you use our Services. LeasingBook receives your information through our various websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, and commerce services (the "Services" or "LeasingBook") and from our partners and other third parties. For example, you send us information when you use LeasingBook from our website, or access LeasingBook directly from any of our partner's websites. We collect information from you when you register on our site or within the Application or fill out a form. When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your first and last names, email address, physical address, phone numbers, proposed move in date, number of Bedrooms & baths requested, number of occupants, whether or not you have any pets and what kinds, reason for moving, drivers license state, drivers license number, employer, combined gross household income, self-assessed credit ranking, and whether you owe a balance to any current or previous landlord.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact your from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements. We will not share your current location with other users or partners.

If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.

Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We provide the data to the property which you designate or request inquiry.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• We believe is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at privacy@leasingbook.com.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at privacy@leasingbook.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.

Cookies: Like many websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect additional website usage data and to improve our Services, but we do not require cookies for many parts of our Services such as searching and looking at public user profiles. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account and delete such information from our servers within a reasonable time
